2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free Jell-O
5 packets Equal
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 packets Equal
1 Tbsp. milk
1 qt. strawberries, hulled and halved

whipped topping

In a saucepan on medium heat, slowly add water to cornstarch. Whisk together over heat.

Stir until it starts to boil around edges.
