Sugar Cookie Supreme

   Beat until fluffy:

   the powdered sugar, margarine, cooking oil, granulated sugar, eggs and vanilla.

   Sift flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.

   Blend well and chill until easy to handle. Roll in hand to size of walnuts.

   Roll in sugar and place on cookie sheet.

   Press out and sprinkle with sugar.

   (Should be the size of a 50 cent piece.)

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
