Stukas' Meat Loaf

   Take hamburger; add 2 eggs and breadcrumbs and mix by hand. Then roll out mixture between 2 pieces of wax paper until 1/2-inch thick.

   Spread onto the flattened hamburger the following mixture: Mix together spinach (thawed), Monterey Jack cheese, 1 egg, Parmesan cheese, dried Ranch dressing and basil.

   After mixture is spread, roll the hamburger which is coated like a jelly roll. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375u00b0 for 45 minutes, covered, and then 15 minutes, uncovered.
