Pre heat oven to 350.

Wash zucchini,cut it in half and hallow out each half leaving one end on each intact.

in pan brown ground beef adding onion,Bell Pepper and garlic when beef is almost done.finish browning meat mixture.Drain meat mixture.

Add tomato sauce and Spaghetti sauce mix packet mix well (the thicker this is the better so add tomato sauce slowly and stir.You don't have to add the whole can of tomato sauce if it looks like it is getting thin.)

Stuff each half with a large spoon with the meat mixture.while stuffing pack it in tight.Place each half in large Cake pan/Pyrex pan.

Place in preheated oven.Cook untill zucchini can be penitrated easily with fork.remove from oven and serve in 3 inch slices.
