Stuffed Pepper Soup – a delicious recipe with ground beef, onion, tomatoes, tomato soup, ketchup, green peppers. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
1 c. ketchup
4 large green peppers, cut up
6 c. water
6 beef bouillon cubes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
2 c. cooked rice

Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Add water, bouillon cubes and crushed tomatoes. Heat on high until boiling. Reduce heat and add all remaining ingredients, except rice. Cook for 1 to 2 hours until peppers are done to taste. Cook rice and add to soup. Cook an additional 20 minutes.
