Ingredients: 6 medium onions; 1/2 c. grated cheese; 2 eggs; 1 tsp. sugar; 1/4 c. milk; 1 lb. pork sausage; 1 1/4 c. bread crumbs; 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley; 1/4 tsp. cinnamon; salt and pepper to taste

Cut off 1/2 inch of top or bottom of peeled onions.

Place in boiling water for about 7 minutes.

Remove onion centers and set aside to use in stuffing.

Fry sausage until red disappears; drain.

Chop onion centers.

Combine cheese, bread crumbs, eggs, parsley, sugar, cinnamon, milk, salt and pepper.

Stand shells up in buttered baking dish.
