Stuffed Mushrooms Caesar

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

   Remove and finely chop mushroom stems. In medium bowl, combine dressing, bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and chopped stems.

   Fill each mushroom with bread crumb mixture; place in shallow baking dish.

   Add water to barely cover bottom and bake 20 minutes.

   Serve hot or cold.
