cut onions in small pieces and add to hamburger then add eggs and seasoning.after mixng this together well in a large bowl lay a wide piece of tin foil and flatten out the meat on it in a square shape . then lay thin slice ham from corner to corner covering the whole square of meat . now add the provolone the same way from corner to corner of meat. now take tin foil and roll up tin foil making it a slightly tight roll and then peel tin foil back alittle on the end and make sure the meat is covered over the sides completely if not pull hanburger around sides aswell so no ham or cheese is showing. pick up in tin foil and roll in pan taking tin foil off . after in the pan add ketchup across the top of the meat loaf and smooth it all over top and let cook . bake in oven for 45 minutes to and hour on 425 and then turn around and bake for about 15 more minutes until done all the way through.
