Prepare the crust dough mix according to package directions (do not pre bake it).

Roll the dough out into a circular shape and press it into your pizza pan.
-
5
3.

6
Place cheese sticks along the edges of the dough and fold the dough over them, covering the cheese stick entirely (making the stuffed crust).
-
7
Make sure there are no cracks or the cheese might ooze out (as you can see in the picture, that happened to me).

4.

9
If your dough recipe calls for you to prick it and pre- bake it for a few minutes (normally 5 minutes at 475 degrees F), go ahead and do that.

COOKS NOTES
-
18
This recipe can be modified for any toppings and seasonings you like!
-
19
I just picked these because they are my daughters favorite combo.
-
20
Dont forget to pull out the spices and play with them too.
-
21
Sometimes I will incorporate oregano, thyme, garlic powder into the dough or sauce.
-
22
Basically think of things you like and experiment, have fun with it!
-
23
This makes a pretty large pizza because of the two packs of dough.
-
24
It also depends on how you cut it, if you cut a triangle slice per cheese stick that would be 8 slices.
-
25
You could probably make a smaller one by dropping down to one pack of dough and fewer cheese sticks.
-
26
Maybe 6 cheese sticks for a smaller pizza or even 4 to make a personal sized pizza.
-
27
Depending on how you shape your dough, you could possibly even make a square pizza with a cookie sheet (for folks who dont have a round pizza pan in the kitchen!)
