Stuffed Chicken Breast

   Combine stuffing mix.

   1/2 cup juice, water and butter; add salt and pepper to taste.

   Let stand for approximately 5 minutes. Wash and lay the chicken breast out.

   Mound a large helping of stuffing mixture in the middle.

   Wrap with a piece of bacon, secure with a toothpick.

   Place on a slightly greased cookie sheet.

   Mix 1/3 cup orange juice and honey, pour over top of each stuffed breast.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 40 minutes.
