1/2 lb. sausage meat
1 onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 bay leaf
1 head cabbage
1/2 c. yogurt or sour cream
1 tsp. sage
salt and pepper
1/2 c. cooked rice

Parboil largest cabbage leaves for 5 minutes in salted water. Drain.
