1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 egg
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
garlic butter
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers

Cut off ends of bread.

Set aside crumbs.

In skillet, cook beef, sausage and onion for 15 minutes.
