MELT BUTTER IN SAUTEE PAN. ADD GARLIC, ONIONS AND MINCED PEPPERS AND SAUTEE UNTIL SOFT. ADD CHERRY PEPPERS, S&P, PASTE. STIR TO COMBINE. ADD CHEESES AND ALLOW TO MELT AND COMBINE. ADD BREAD CRUMBS. STIR TO MIX THEN REMOVE FROM HEAT TO COOL.
