Ingredients: 1 loaf French Bread; 1 cup chopped cooked bacon; 1 lb Cooked ground Italian (or pork) sausage; 1 cup lightly sauteed onion; 1 sauteed bellpepper; 1 cup mushroom; 1 packages shredded or sliced mozzarella cheese; 1 can tomato paste; 1 can tomato sauce; 1 tsp onion powder or dry onion flakes; 1 tsp garlic powder; 1 tsp Italian Seasoning; 1 dash salt; 1 dash pepper; 6 (optional) banana peppers

Servings: persons

1 loaf French Bread
1 cup chopped cooked bacon
1 lb Cooked ground Italian (or pork) sausage
1 cup lightly sauteed onion
1 sauteed bellpepper
1 cup mushroom
1 packages shredded or sliced mozzarella cheese
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp onion powder or dry onion flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
6 (optional) banana peppers

preheat oven 345 degrees

cook ground sausage

cook bacon and chop it

Lightly Sautee onions, bellpeppers, and mushrooms

Put 2 cans of tomato paste and tomato sauce in mixing bowl and mix in dry ingredients ( garlic powder, salt, pepper, italian seasoning and onion powder)

Spread tomato mixture across bottom part of bread

take cooked drained sausage and put ontop of tomato mixture

lay bacon on top of sausage

Put drained sauteed veggies ontop of meat

lay plenty of cheese onto veggies

put into oven for about 15-20 mins or until cheese is melted (cook top part of bread separately)

(optional) turn broil on for last five mins if you want crispy cheese

butter the top peace of bread lightly and add herbs (if you want) pop in the oven for about 7-8 mins or until crispy

take out and let cool for 10 mins then serve.
