Combine 2 loaves of bread dough in to one, spread onto greased cookie sheet and let rise for 30 min.

Preheat oven to 350. Saute garlic in oil until softened. Add in tomatoes and italian seasoning, heat through. Spread over bread evenly, excluding outter inch all the way around. Then layer on ricotta cheese, pepperoni, green pepper and mozzarella. Bring long edges of dough to center and pinch together to make a roll. Carefully flip roll over so seam side is down. Pinch ends together to keep fillings inside. Paint top of roll with egg white. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bread is golden brown. Cut into thick slices and serve hot or cold, with marinara sauce for dipping.
