Ingredients: 2 -3 cups cooked egg noodles; 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup; ½ cup milk; 1 beef bouillon cube; 1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces; 2 tablespoons sour cream; 1 lb round steak; garlic powder; meat tenderizer; onion powder; nonstick cooking spray

2 -3 cups cooked egg noodles
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
½ cup milk
1 beef bouillon cube
1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 lb round steak
garlic powder
meat tenderizer
onion powder
nonstick cooking spray

Preheat oven to 350.

Spray skillet with non stick cooking spray cut up round steak into 1/2 inch pieces and season with garlic,onion powder and meat tenderizer to how you like it.

Cook until a light pink inside.

Combine all ingredients in a 3 qt baking dish and stir until well mixed.

Cover and cook for 1/2 hour.

When you remove from oven uncover and let stand for about 5 minutes it will thicken up as it cools.
