3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cardamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
4 beaten eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. mashed strawberries (about 3 c. whole berries)
1 c. cooking oil
1 c. mashed bananas
1 Tbsp. finely shredded orange peel

Grease and flour two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.

Sprinkle 1/2 cup walnuts in bottom of each pan; set aside.

In large bowl, stir together flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, cardamon and nutmeg. In medium bowl, stir together eggs, sugar, strawberries, cooking oil, banana and orange peel.

Add to flour mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.

Carefully stir in remaining nuts.

Put in pans.

Bake at 350u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.

Let cool in pans 10 minutes.

Remove loaves from pan, cool completely. Wrap and store overnight before serving.
