   Preheat oven to 150, mix butter, sugar eggs add flour and mix.

   Add strawberry jam and food colouring.

   Add more jam if needed.

   Bake for 12-15 mins.

   Cool.

   Buttercream mix butter and icing sugar together until thick, add teaspoon of milk to soften.
