Strawberry Soup

   Wash and top the strawberries and kiwi, cut into slices. Place in a large saucepan with lemon juice, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil and then place on medium heat and simmer 8 minutes. Take saucepan off stove and let cool.

   After berries and kiwi have cooled, place one half of soup in blender with 1/2 cup of half-and-half and puree. Pour last half of soup into blender with last 1/2 cup of half-and-half and puree the whole recipe.

   Chill in the fridge and serve. Makes 4-6 servings.
