   Place rhubarb, strawberries, and 5 cups of water in a large sauce pot and bring to a boil.

   Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.

   Stir at your leisure, if youre into that sort of thing.

   Add tea bags and steep for about 5 minutes.

   Strain the whole thing!

   Use your spoon to squish all the liquid out of the mash.

   Be careful!

   That stuff is hot!

   Dilute with water and add sugar to taste.

    I doubled the amount of liquid and added about 1 cup of sugar.

    If you like a stronger taste, add less water.

    Sweeter?

    Add more sugar.

    Chill in the fridge until cold.

    Over 21 addition: Add a shot of good whiskey to a glass of this to amp it up a bit., This can also be done with just rhubarb if you need to omit the strawberries.
