2 tablespoons liquid lecithin
1/3 cup honey
1 egg
1 tablespoon salt
1/3 cup powdered milk
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
7 -8 cups whole wheat flour
1/3 cup vital wheat gluten
1 -2 tablespoon instant yeast
