500 grams quark cream cheese
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
50 grams butter
1 lemon peel, grated finely
1 vanilla pod or 1 tsp vanilla essence
1 packages marie biscuits
1 melted butter
500 grams fresh strawberries, cut in halves

Crush marie biscuits finely and mix with the melted butter.

Pour into a springform baking tin and bake for approx 10 minutes in a medium oven.

Mix together the quark cheese, butter and sugar.

Add eggs, one at a time, to the creamed cheese mixture.
