2 Tbsp. milk
1 c. whipped topping
2 c. boiling water
1 large pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 1/2 c. cold water
2 pt. sliced strawberries

Mix pretzels, 1/3 cup sugar and margarine. Press firmly into 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
