bake for 18 minutes, take out of oven, let it cool.

now with the heavey whipping cream, beat untill stiff peak, add powder sugar, whip for 30 seconds.now add greated lime peel and vanilla extract in to whipping cream, whip another 15 seconds.

top cupcakes with whipping cream and garnish with strawberries and lime anda little more greated lime peel.

store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
