Strawberry Fluff Frosting

   In a large bowl mix together cream cheese and sugar until sugar is no longer visible, and cream cheese has taken on a fluffy appearance. Stir in the jelly and fold in Cool Whip. Frosting will be light pink, add red food coloring if desired.

   Tastes great as a sugar cookie frosting, on a layered berry cake, just about anything! Can be used as a filling too!

   Makes a nice big batch! It was enough for me to fill between the layers of a 3 layer round cake and frost the outside too with no problem.
