Strawberry Dessert

   Clean strawberries and remove the stems.

   Rinse strawberries in cold water several times.

   Place strawberries in bowl. Sprinkle sugar onto strawberries.

   Using a potato masher or fork, mash the strawberries with sugar.

   In a small bowl, whisk sour cream to remove lumps.

   Mix sour cream with strawberries until thoroughly blended.

   Mixture should be pale pink.
