Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F.

In a medium sized bowl add the flour, sugar and salt then mix.

Create a well in the center of the flour and add the eggs along with a small amount of milk. Mix until the eggs are fully incorporated into the flour.

Slowly add the rest of the milk creating a thick batter, make sure to take your time and beat out all lumps.

Once smooth, add the vanilla and mix one more time. Set batter aside.

Take the strawberries and cut off the stems and cut each one in half.

On a greased tart pan or cake pan, arrange the strawberries cut side down in a way the strawberries are evenly distributed and in a pretty pattern if you so choose.

Now carefully and slowly pour the batter so it spreads on all sides but does not disrupt the position of the strawberries.

Carefully lift the pan to the oven and bake for one hour.
