Strawberry Chocolate Delight

   Melt the milk chocolate in a small bowl over a pan of simmering water.

   Mash or blend 200g of strawberries with a fork or in a blender with the caster sugar to make a fruity sauce.

   Slice the remaining strawberries.

   Cut the cake into small cubes.

   Layer 4 sundae glasses with sliced strawberries, cake and the mashed strawberry sauce.

   Scoop the Carte D'Or Vanilla Light Ice Cream on top of the sauce.

   Serve topped with the melted chocolate and toasted flaked almonds. Serve immediately.
