Filling: In a large bowl, combine the filling ingredients, one at a time, in the listed order, beating well. Beat until mixed thoroughly. Pour into prepared crust and place in an oven, preheated at 325u00b0 for 20 minutes. Lower the heat to 300u00b0 and bake 50 minutes more. Test by having a toothpick in center come out clean. Turn off heat and let cool one to two hours in the closed oven. Cool on rack then remove from springform pan by running a knife along the outside. Refrigerate until cool. Top with thin layer of jam of your choice and decorate with fresh fruit and whipped cream as garnish. Delicious!!
