Strawberry Champagne Cakes

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0F. Grease and flour 18x12-inch jelly roll pan.

   Combine cake mix, eggs, champagne, water and oil in large bowl.

   Beat with an electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan.

   Bake 18 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

   Cool completely on wire rack. Remove cake. Cut cake in half to form 2 pieces about 11x8-inches each.

   Blend frosting and red food color.

   Spread frosting on one cake half; top with remaining cake half.

   Cut cake into 15 rectangles. Pipe frosting on tops and garnish with strawberries.
