Strawberry-Brownie Christmas Trifle

   Break brownie and set at the bottom of your dessert glass.

   Soak brownie with black coffee. Use only enough to moisten the cake.

   Top with strawberries followed by chocolate ganache and more chopped strawberries.

   To make couli, blend strawberries with lemon juice, sugar and tiny amount of water in a processor.

   Drizzle strawberry coulis over the trifle.
