Strawberry Bread

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

   Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon and sugar in a large bowl.

   Make well in center. Add eggs and oil, stirring until moistened. Carefully stir in strawberries and nuts. Pour into 8-inch greased and floured loaf pans.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 1 hour. Remove from pans and cool on wire rack.

   Makes 2 loaves.
