Strawberry Bread

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

   Cream butter and sugar; add vanilla and lemon.

   Beat until fluffy.

   Add eggs one at a time.

   Sift together flour, salt, cream of tartar and baking soda.

   Mix together sour cream and strawberries alternately.

   Fold flour mixture and strawberry mixture into egg mixture.

   Pour into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.

   This is great warm with strawberries and whipped cream.
