Strawberry And Calisson Tart

   Preheat oven to 350 F

   Roll out the dough and cut 4 mini pie doughs.

   Grease and flour 4 tartlet pans.

   Spread the dough in each pan. Prick the dough with a fork.

   In a saucepan, melt the calissons with the cream on medium heat while stirring with a wooden spoon. Once the mixture has dissolved, pour into the pans on top of the dough.

   Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Once cooked, remove from the oven and let cool.

   Garnish with cut strawberries before serving.
