Preheat oven to 250u00b0F. Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper. Draw an 8 inch circle on each piece of paper then invert paper on trays. Grease paper and dust with a little cornstarch. Shake away excess.

Whip 2 egg whites and 1/2 cup sugar until thick and glossy. Add 1 tsp cornstarch. Divide mixture between trays and spread inside circles. Bake for 1 hour, or until firm and dry. Let cool in oven with door ajar. Repeat 2 more times with remaining egg whites and sugar. Once dry, peel away paper.

Whip cream and vanilla to soft peaks. Spread over 5 meringue discs and top with 1/2 the strawberries. Layer meringues on top of one another with reserved meringue on top. Top with remaining strawberries and raspberries.
