   Fry the Bacon, drain and break into small pieces.

   Grate the cheese and set both aside for later use

   Cut the bread into one inch cubes

   Coat a pyrex dish with butter

   Combine eggs and bread in a large bowl (bread and eggs should be in proportion to make a cohesive mass)

   Add one and on-half cups of cheese and the bacon to the bread and eggs, mix well.

   Put the mixture in the pyrex pan, and add the milk.

   Put the Strada in the refrigerator over night.

   In the morning, bake at 375 degrees for about twenty minutes or until slightly brown on top. Add the last half cup of cheese and serve.
