STOVE TOP Mexican Cornbread

   Preheat oven to 375F.

   Place stuffing mix in large bowl.

   Add eggs, 1/2 cup of the cheese, the tomatoes, chilies and water; mix well.

   Spoon into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan; smooth top with back of spoon.

   Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.

   Bake 20 to 25 min.

   or until heated through.

   Let stand 5 min.
