Stir Fried Bacon and Cabbage with Oyster Sauce

   Rinse the cabbage and cut roughly into bite size pieces.

   Slice the bacon into 3 cm strips.

   Heat a pan and fry the bacon quickly.

   Set aside on a plate.

   Using same pan, heat oil and stir fry the cabbage.

   When cabbage wilts, transfer the bacon back into the pan.

   Add salt, pepper, oyster sauce, and soy sauce and stir fry once more.
