Stewed Tomato Sauce

   Grill the tomatoes and the pepper. Once they are completely roasted, liquefy them in a blender with the garlic and salt.

   Place a pot on the stove and add some cooking oil. Saute the onion and then pour in the sauce.

   Once the sauce comes to a boil, serve it with quesadillas, beans, or for making chilaquiles.
