Stewed Tomato Casserole

   Place the tomatoes, butter and sugar in a saucepan and heat until the margarine melts.

   Add bread crumbs and continue simmering until most of liquid is absorbed, about 15 minutes. Turn the mixture into a greased 1 1/2-quart round casserole and bake in a 350u00b0 oven until thick and bubbly, about 20 to 30 minutes.
