Ingredients: 3 lb Beef cut into bite size pieces; 2 tsp Salt; 1 tsp Black pepper; 1/2 tbsp All purpose meat seasoning; 1 tsp Cayenne pepper; 1 large Onion; 4 clove Galric; 3 stick Fresh thyme; 1 Carrot; 1/2 tbsp Brown sugar; 1/2 tbsp Vegetable oil; 3 cup Water

Servings: persons

3 lb Beef cut into bite size pieces
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tbsp All purpose meat seasoning
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 large Onion
4 clove Galric
3 stick Fresh thyme
1 Carrot
1/2 tbsp Brown sugar
1/2 tbsp Vegetable oil
3 cup Water

Rinse beef and place in a bowl

Add all the dry ingredients except brown sugar

Mince the garlic and cut the onions and into cubes

Heat a skillet, add oil

Place the sugar in the oil and allow it to carmalize.

Do not let it smoke or tune black.

Just as the sugar start to carmalize, add te seasoned beef to the pot

Stir, cover and let the flavor builds up..

After all the water from the beef dries out, pour one cup of water in the pot.

Remove the beef from the skillet and place in a pressure cooker

Add chopped garlic, onion, carrot, thyme and 2 cups of water

Cover and let pressure for 30 minutes
