Steve'S Sweet Potato Kugel

   1. Dice half onions and saute in a mix of butter and olive oil.

   2. Peel potatoes and prepare onions.

   3. Shred potatoes and onions and put in seperate bowl.

   4. Put chopping knife in food processor. Chop onion and potatoe mix, add 1 egg with each bowl full.

   5. Add salt, pepper and Matzo meal.

   6. Put into buttered cassorole dish or muffin pan.

   7. Cook at 375 for 1 hour.
