4 sausages Wiener sausages
3 Fresh shiitake mushrooms
1/2 pack Shimeji mushrooms
1/2 pack Maitake mushrooms
1 King oyster mushrooms
1 Green onion or scallion
1 tbsp Sake or white wine
1/2 tsp Consomme stock granules
1 dash Salt and pepper
1 dash Lemon juice (optional)

Cut the wiener sausages diagonally (about 3 pieces per sausage).

Clean the fresh shiitake mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, and maitake mushrooms and split them up.

Cut the king oyster mushrooms in half, and then thinly slice them into vertical pieces.
