Steamed Moist Chicken in a Microwave

   Place the chicken tenderloin on a plate.

   Marinate with sake, olive oil, salt and pepper.

   Tightly cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 1 - 2 minutes at 500 W.

   After microwaving, it's easy to tear it apart by hand.

   I used this chicken for fresh spring rolls.

   You can use this chicken in many different dishes such as udon noodles and pho.
