1/2 piece Ginger
1 Egg white
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine or sake
1 tbsp Chicken stock granules
1 dash Salt and pepper
1 tbsp Sugar
350 grams Mochi sticky rice
1 clove Garlic
1 dash Green onions or scallions
2 tbsp Black vinegar
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Doubanjiang (or ra-yu)
