Steak Stroganoff for 2

   In 8-inch skillet, cook and stir onion in 1 tablespoon oil until tender, about 4 minutes.

   Remove from skillet and set aside.

   Coat steaks with flour.

   Heat 2 tablespoons oil in same skillet; cook steaks over medium heat, about 4 minutes on each side.

   Sprinkle with salt.

   Place steaks on warm platter or dinner plates.

   Drain fat from skillet.

   Add onion, sour cream and mushrooms (with liquid) to skillet; heat, stirring ocassionally.

   Serve sauce on steaks.

    Good on hot buttered egg (2 cups dry) noodles with a dash of parsley flakes mixed inches.
