Steak in the green

   Chop the green pepper into little pieces

   Blend the pepper until it's 100% liquid and the bits are the small as possible

   Add slowly the heavy cream to the blended pepper

   Boil the mix of cream and pepper around 20 minutes to get it thicker.

   Add a pinch of black pepper to it when starts boiling.

   Chop the garlic and fry it about 3 minutes

   Add a pinch of salt and black pepper to each stake, then add a little italian seasoning too.

   Cook two stakes at the time, keeping the pan as hot as posible and turning the stakes every one or two minutes until they get a nice brown color

   Serve the sause con top of the stakes
