Steak House Wraps with A.1. Steak Sauce

   Preheat grill to medium heat.

   Combine onions, steak sauce and hot sauce.

   Remove 1 cup of the steak sauce mixture (or 1/2 cup for trial recipe); set aside for later use.

   Grill steaks 8 to 9 min.

   for medium doneness, turning and brushing occasionally with the remaining steak sauce mixture.

   Cut steaks across the grain into thin strips.

   Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.

   Add peppers; saute 3 to 4 min.

   or until crisp-tender.

    Stir in the reserved 1 cup steak sauce mixture (or 1/2 cup steak sauce mixture for trial recipe) and the cooked steak strips; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.

    Spoon about 1 cup of the steak mixture over each tortilla; roll up.
