   Saute steak strips and onions in hot oil in large skillet 20 to 25 min.

   or until steak is cooked through.

   Stir in steak sauce; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.

   Keep warm until ready to use.

   For each serving: Spread 1-1/2 tsp.

   of the mustard evenly onto two of the tortillas.

   Top one tortilla, mustard-side up, with 1 cup of the steak mixture.

   Cut each of two process cheese slices diagonally in half to form a total of four triangles; arrange over steak mixture.

   Cover with second tortilla, mustard-side down.

    Cook on 350F flat-top griddle until browned on both sides and process cheese is melted.

    Cut into quarters to serve.
