1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Roll out dough, one-half at a time (keeping remaining dough refrigerated), on lightly floured surface to 1/8-inch thickness.

Cut into shapes with 1 1/2-inch cookie cutters.

Place 1 inch apart onto prepared cookie sheets.

Bake 6-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.

Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets; remove to cooling rack.

Spread about 1 teaspoon melted chocolate onto bottom of one cookie; top with another cookie, bottom-side down.
